SARS-CoV 2 Vaccine , a chimera?

The development of a vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 raises both high hopes and many concerns.
How can a vaccine against such a virus become available so quickly? Why are so many new platforms being developed? Who will benefit from this vaccine?
In future publications I will try to answer these questions. The aim is not to promote vaccination — even though I am a specialist in this field — but to give everyone the information they need to try to understand the ins and outs of this issue.
